This post requires individuals with experience in the health and social care field, as you will be providing support to people with mental health problems within their own homes.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and listening skills, an understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to providing a quality service.

ASSISTANT SUPPORT WORKER- Supported Housing, Bridgend (12 month contract)

This post requires individuals with experience in the health and social care field, as they will be providing support to people with long term mental health problems living in supported housing within the community.
Individuals should possess excellent communication and listening skills, an understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to providing a quality service.
