Mental illness affects 1 in 4 people in the UK, a figure some experts say is rising. Mental illness will affect us all either directly or indirectly at some point in our lives. The stigma of mental illness is still so overwhelming it prevents people from seeking the support they need and even from disclosing their illness to family and friends. We believe that this needs to change.

We've been working for 18 years in Wales to provide support and assistance for people with mental illnesses to enable them to manage their mental health, overcome stigma and live independently.  Find out more about us.
